Six practice areas — from winning federal work to securing the sites you run

One firm for the revenue side and the risk side. Engage a single practice area, or let us look at where they meet — which is usually where the opportunity is.

What We Do

Comprehensive consulting solutions

We help businesses get into the federal market and compete once they’re there — and we harden the facilities, systems and supply chains of the organizations already operating at scale. Different problems, one accountable partner.

01 · FEDERAL

Federal Contracting Advisory

Selling to the federal government is a paperwork problem before it’s a sales problem. We take businesses from unregistered to bid-ready, then help them compete — as a firm actively bidding and subcontracting in that market ourselves.

02 · SECURITY

Security Consulting

Your organization’s safety is the priority. Comprehensive consulting designed to protect people, assets, and reputation — grounded in real threat analysis, not fear.

03 · ACCESS

Access Control & Visitor Management

Keeping facilities secure starts with knowing who’s coming and going. We design, implement, and support systems that give peace of mind without slowing the building down.

04 · SURVEILLANCE

Video Surveillance Solutions

Advanced video systems designed for today’s security challenges — and for the investigation you’ll actually have to run six months from now.

05 · TRAINING

Training & Development

Tailored programs that equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best — built around your actual sites and scenarios.

06 · PROCUREMENT

Procurement Services

Take control of costs, strengthen vendor relationships, and streamline sourcing — with a category strategy that outlives the person who wrote it.

How It Works

Four phases, no surprises

You get a written scope, a fixed timeline, and a named point of contact before phase one begins.

01

Initial Consultation

A 30-minute call to understand goals, constraints, and urgency. We define what success looks like and confirm we’re the right firm for it.

02

Research & Analysis

Site walks, contract and spend review, stakeholder interviews, and benchmarking. We baseline current-state performance in measurable terms.

03

Development

A prioritized roadmap with phased budget, requirements matrix, and clear rationale — structured so you can approve it in stages.

04

Implementation

Vendor selection support, installation oversight, SOP rollout, staff training, and a closeout review against the original baseline.

Engagement Models

Ways to work with us

Scoped to the problem, not to a subscription tier. Every engagement is quoted after the initial consultation.

Assessment

A defined-scope diagnostic — security risk assessment, spend analysis, or operational review. Fixed fee, fixed timeline, delivered as a board-ready report with prioritized recommendations.

Typical duration: 2–6 weeks

Project Delivery

End-to-end execution of a defined initiative: a system migration, a competitive re-bid, a multi-site consolidation. We manage vendors, timeline, and change communication.

Typical duration: 3–9 months

Advisory Retainer

Ongoing access to senior counsel — contract reviews, vendor escalations, quarterly performance reviews, and an experienced second opinion when decisions get expensive.

Typical duration: 12-month term
Questions

Frequently asked

No — and that’s deliberate. We accept no commissions, rebates, or referral fees from manufacturers or integrators. We design the system, write the specification, run the competitive bid, and oversee the installer you select. Our only revenue comes from you, so our recommendation has nothing behind it but the requirements.

Initial consultations are usually scheduled within two to three business days. Assessment engagements typically begin within two weeks of a signed scope. If you’re facing a survey date, an audit, or an incident response deadline, tell us — we hold capacity for time-critical work.

We quote after the initial consultation, because scope drives cost and we won’t guess. Assessments are fixed-fee. Project delivery is quoted by phase so you can approve incrementally. Retainers are a fixed monthly rate for a defined scope of access. You’ll never receive an invoice for work that wasn’t authorized in writing.

Yes. As a veteran-owned small business we work with municipal agencies, school districts, and public authorities, and we’re familiar with the documentation standards public procurement requires — defensible evaluation criteria, transparent scoring, and records that hold up to review.

We’re headquartered in Babylon, New York and do most on-site work across Long Island, New York City, and the tri-state area. For multi-site clients we travel nationwide, and remote-first work like spend analysis, contract review, and RFP management can be delivered from anywhere.

That’s the most common arrangement. We’re not there to replace anyone — we’re there to give your team capacity, an outside benchmark, and cover for decisions that are politically difficult to make from the inside. In most engagements your staff owns the outcome and we own the analysis.

Whatever you want to happen. Some clients take the roadmap and execute internally — that’s a legitimate outcome and we support it. Others keep us on through implementation for vendor management and oversight. We don’t make the report contingent on buying the next phase.
