No engagement is formed by using this site
Submitting the contact form, requesting a consultation, or corresponding with us does not create a consulting relationship. We are engaged only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Until that happens, either side is free to walk away.

Case studies describe representative engagements. Client names and identifying details are withheld under confidentiality obligations. Results described were achieved in specific circumstances and are not a prediction or guarantee of what we would achieve for you.
